As a trusted partner to one of the largest social media giants in the world, Corus360 is looking to hire (2) full-time, Site Operation Technicians to work in their data center in Sacramento, California. Due to Covid-19, this will be a rotational position with work from home availability, but you will be required to work in the data center with social distancing protocols.

 

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade and repair servers in a large scale data center environment.
• Diagnose server hardware issues and determine appropriate corrective action.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting.
• Respond to and update tickets in accordance with team procedures.
• Track and escalate trouble tickets to resolution.
• Work closely with cross functional groups in a team oriented environment.

 

We need high energy, technically skilled individuals capable of working in a team environment and/or independently in a large scale data center environment.

 

Preferred Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years supporting Linux OS on server based platforms
• Server based troubleshooting skills
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and network technologies
• Previous experience working in a data center environment
• Established knowledge of MAC OS
• Experience with JIRA Service Desk considered a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed
• Demonstrates a positive work attitude
