Contract to Hire Dec 29, 2020

As a trusted partner to our client, Converge Technology Solutions is looking to hire a full-time, W2, Contract to Hire Software Application Developer to support the Corporate Workday Finance Application for our client. This role will start as a 100% remote position until the office reopens.  At that point, you must be willing to live within commute distance of Chicago, IL or Jacksonville, Florida.

 

You will be responsible for the design, development, production, and maintenance of the Workday Finance application and integrations used across the Enterprise.  Successful members of our team have the initiative, desire, and ability to learn new technologies and implement business solutions in all aspects of the system development life cycle.  We have a strong team who work side by side in a challenging and rewarding environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Independently analyze and solve complex problems
  • Maintain and develop Workday integrations
  • Update and create security roles and maintain assignments
  • Analyze and update Workday Business Processes
  • Work with Accounting/Finance team to research and resolve Workday application issues or set up new functionality

 

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience with Workday Finance applications
  • Experience with Workday report writing, including matrix and composite reports
  • Experience creating and maintaining Workday dashboards
  • Experience updating and maintaining Business Processes
  • Experience creating Inbound and Outbound EIB integrations, including use of XSLT transformations
  • Experience designing and building Workday integrations using Core Connector, Cloud Connector, Report Designer, Workday Studio, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST web services
  • Able to work remote until we are able to go back to office
