As a trusted partner to our client, Converge Technology Solutions is helping our client hire a full-time, permanent Senior ERP Integration Engineer / Application Architect in Virginia. In this role, you will develop and implement systems architecture that will meet business needs with a primary focus on integrating ERP systems with applications.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build and integrate information systems to meet the company's needs
• Oversee integration of systems and data between corporate IT systems and applications
• Provide governance for data and IT solutions implementation
• Assess existing systems architecture and work with technical staff to recommend improved solutions
• Provide supervision and guidance to the implementation team and support vendors
• Provide updates to stakeholders regarding any problems with the technical solutions being implemented
• Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets
• Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed

 

Qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design
• Hands-on experience integrating between business applications, SaaS applications, ERP systems, and cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting data analytics, dashboards
• Hands-on experience implementing simultaneous projects
• Previous project management experience is advantageous
• In-depth understanding of coding languages (Java, JavaScript)
• Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or commensurate work experience
