As a trusted partner to our client, we are looking for a CRM Manager (Microsoft Dynamics focused) for full-time, permanent role in Duluth, GA.
In this role you will be responsible for:
· Owning the total lifespan of the existing Dynamics CRM environment
· Developing implementation project plans
· Managing changes in project scope, schedule, and budget on various projects
· Performing risk management
· Conducting trainings
· Coordinating internal resources and third party vendors
REQUIREMENTS:
· A minimum of five years of CRM or business transformation experience, the majority specifically with Microsoft D365 CRM
· Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA is preferred + Experience with business-led technology transformation to include change management experience, understanding of operating models, and demonstrated capability to define a transformational roadmap
· Strong understanding of the core D365 CRM modules with functional knowledge of the entire product suite; one or more D365 certifications helpful but not required
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
