As a trusted partner, Converge Technology Solutions is helping to screen, secure and hire a full-time, permanent Senior eDiscovery Analyst to work remotely.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Relativity Back-End troubleshooting and configuration, including IIS, Message Broker, Security and Application Hotfixes.
• Will be involved in Relativity Installation, Environment Growth Planning, Disaster Recovery, Tech Migration, as well as helping to develop automation of each of these components.
• Will also work closely with the SQL DBA and DevOps teams to recommend performance enhancements to custom applications and Relativity Databases.
• Recommends Process, Policy, and Environmental improvements to help track and move toward maximum performance and availability.
• Will be expected to take tier I & II tickets when necessary, including front end troubleshooting, user access issues, and user onboarding requests to assure customer SLAs are met.
• Ability to maintain a high level of knowledge and familiarity with litigation technology issues.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to the support of legal systems, applications and processes which provide service and information to attorneys (including database, spreadsheet, transcript, and document image programs), eDiscovery planning and implementation, and document review team support.
• Deploy & maintain on-premises and public cloud IT infrastructure
• Acquires, maintains, and expands knowledge of relevant eDiscovery technologies and database operating procedures.
• To perform functional analysis, gap identification and requirements definition for changes requested.
• To coordinate cross functionally within IT and/or business functions to deliver projects.
• To lead and execute projects and initiatives in full compliance with defined processes and controls.
• To troubleshoot and diagnose complex business problems and recommend solutions.
• To keep abreast of latest tools / applications / techniques in the assigned area.
• Delivery - gather requirements, gap analysis, estimate work, review functional designs, review test plans, prepare trace-ability matrix, coordinate business testing, review test results, and monitor/manage defects to closure.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements, and operational controls.

 

Requested Experience

• Experience with Relativity document review platform (Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) preferred)
• Experience with Azure & AWS Infrastructure Cloud Technologies (Microsoft Centric)
• Possesses ability to interpret business needs and translate them to create complex solutions.
• Possesses ability to work with users as needed.
• Relativity Server experience required, and Relativity One experience is a plus
• Conducts research around best practices and has ability to adequately document created solutions.
• Possesses ability to clearly communicate technical and procedural information verbally and in written documentation form.
• Possesses ability to determine resolution for routine and non-routine issues; recognizes issues for escalation.
• Possesses very good customer service and interpersonal skills; is motivated and team oriented.
• Possesses ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects, is organized and dependable.
• Possesses ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Possesses ability to create, modify and execute complex project plans and participate in plan implementation with little direction.
