As a trusted partner, Converge Technology Solutions is helping our client identify, screen and secure a Product Champion to join our Professional Services team as a long-term consultant.  This is primarily a remote position with some onsite work, as needed in Atlanta, Georgia.  All candidates must be local to Atlanta.

 

A Product Champion is a value-driven Agile Product Leader embedded in a software delivery team. You have the autonomy and authority to balance the priorities of the team between Product Management, Technology, Compliance and Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with Product Management, Product Development, and their team to help refine and ultimately own the delivery of a product mission
• Building relationships with a cross-functional group of development teams
• Being a strong but comfortable collaborator, capable of balancing the needs of Product Management, Technology, Audit and Compliance
• Interpreting and influencing the strategic vision while implementing the tactical needs of your product
• Bringing analytical thinking, problem solving, systemic thinking to all that you do for our clients and their customers
• Expertise in what to measure, what level of detail, and why it's important

Basic Qualifications For Consideration

• 3+ years of experience working with agile methods (Scrum, Lean, XP)
• 4-year degree from an accredited university or 6+ years of applicable work experience
• 3+ years of experience working with business and technology teams preferred
• Proven ability to analyze, organize, and integrate large amounts of complex information into clear, concise presentations and plans
• Proven experience as an influencer across an organization
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a product management or ownership role

Preferred Skills, Experience, And Education

• Certified Product Owner or applicable experience
